Aluminium foundry
I have built my own Aluminium foundy so I could make more complex designs.
Aluminium melts at a relative low temperature of 660 degrees celcius.
With the right foundry and gas flame this can be obtained relative easely.
I have made my own set of tools like a furnace and handling rods to make safe aluminium casts.
Next step was setting up the oven and starting up the flame to refine the scrap aluminium.
After that I needed some casting tools to create my sand casts.
